TATA Champion Loyalty Programme
In 2010, TGP launched a loyalty program for Retailers, called the TATA Champion Loyalty Programme. All the retailers registered with TGP qualified as Champions. These retailers were very thoughtfully called Champions, since they knew the entire gamut of the business inside out. Today, there are close to 24,000 retailers registered under the loyalty programme! All the retailers registered under this programme get an opportunity to earn loyalty points by messaging the product code on each product purchased. These points can be redeemed for a horde of gifts ranging from items like key chains to small commercial vehicles.
Guru Day
5th September every year is dedicated to Gurus (Mechanics registered under TATA Guru Loyalty Programme). On this day, as a token of their long lasting association, TATA Genuine Parts provides them with an opportunity to earn extra points on messaging product codes. Moreover, they also get an opportunity to win exciting prizes like mobile phones, LED TVs and a two wheeler. The 1st edition of the TATA Guru Day has entered the Limca Book of Records where close to 1,54,000 SMSes were received from a particular community on a particular number.
Gurukshetra
Gurukshetra is a skill contest conducted especially for Gurus. Top 600 Gurus are shortlisted every year where they compete against each other to win the title. The competition analyses them and puts their skill to test through various rounds and levels. The winner of Gurukshetra wins Rs.1 Lakh, whereas the 1st runner-up and the 2nd runner up wins Rs.75,000 and Rs.50,000 respectively.
Guru ka Garage
The loyal Gurus are identified by TATA Genuine Parts, and as a token of their long lasting association and loyalty, their garages are branded and renovated by TATA Motors, to get a new and refreshing look.
Distributors
The Annual Distributor Conference is one of TATA Genuine Parts’ most awaited events. The conference calls all of its authorised Distributors, where they deep dive into what all of them can achieve together and reflect how the past year has been. The conference also launches upcoming products. The top performing distributors are rewarded for their efforts and the day is dedicated to all of them and is jointly celebrated.
Experience Store
As the saying ‘Customer is King’ rightly goes, TATA Genuine Parts takes efforts to provide its customers with the best quality and experience. The Experience Store is one such initiative that provides its customers with memorable experiences, time and again. These stores showcase TGP products, with detailed information on each of them that aids the customer to pick the right part. Currently, 11 Experience Stores are successfully running across the length and breadth of the country, with plans to expand and increase the store count.
